Dear Chris & Ginger;
I wanted to "Thank you" for responding to my needs so fast. The
situation can be so scary when you don't understand what is going on.
You both where so professional and I so enjoyed asking questions and
hearing your responses. Knowing that our experience stems from a family
member makes it a little easier to handle now. And I have to admit, I
was leery at first but after the visit I felt a sense of peace come over
the house. You're always welcome to come back for a visit and I would
love to learn more from you both. Thanks again for everything.

Dear Chris and Ginger,
James and I wanted to
write you a note thanking you for all of your help, your expertise, and
your advice in dealing with our paranormal situation. Both of you, as
well as your assistant Elizabeth, are incredibly well-versed in this
field, and your competence and professional attitude definitely helped
put us at ease.
As you may recall,
James was very skeptical of the entire process. Once he met the three
of you at our initial appointment, he was visibly relieved. He actually
whispered to me “They’re normal people – not crackpots!” Your demeanor,
attitude, and wealth of information was reassuring enough to my husband
that he agreed to allow a full investigation. I wasn’t certain he’d be
amenable to the idea at all, but you made the difference.
As far as the
investigation itself, you guys really brought it all on! You were here
when you said you’d be here, and I can’t say I’ve ever seen more
cool-looking and state of the art equipment anywhere. You guys knew
exactly what you were doing, which is pretty impressive considering all
that equipment and wiring. I’m sure James was green with “electronics
envy”! J
You also made it a point to explain everything very clearly and you were
not at all bothered by my incessant questions, which was really nice. I
usually get irritating after the first twenty or so questions – or so
says my hubby.
I’d also like you to
know that the two of you and Elizabeth were especially helpful in
instructing us on how to handle the investigation, both while it was
going on, as well as what we might expect afterwards. It was very
important to me that you were concerned about us after you’d already
gotten the data and pictures you needed.
I’m glad the initial
investigation was a success, and I look forward to working with y’all
again. I have actually recommended you to a few friends, and I’d be
happy to talk to anyone who’s considering working with you if they want
some personal input.

Since you came out,
our family has felt a lot better about what's been going on here. We
didn't know what to do or who to contact about what's been happening
so it was a great relief to find you guys. Thanks for helping us out,

We had a blast when ya'll
came out for your investigation. You guys have a great sense of humor
and we loved every minute you were here. My boss said she'd have ya'll
back in a heartbeat. We've had lots of "ghost hunters" come thru but
there's nothing to compare to your knowledge and equipment. The
employees around here were pretty freaked out for a while there but
after ya'll came out we felt like you guys finally understood. Thanks
